Angel is no 'primetime primadonna'
Actress Angel Locsin still keeps her feet on the ground despite being tagged as the newest "Primetime Queen."
Locsin, the lead star of ABS-CBN's hit series "Only You", even said that she has no right to claim the title, adding that she is just happy that people are supportive of her show.
"[Ang] taray [ng 'Primetime Queen' label]! Hindi, hindi. Ayaw kong mag-claim. Ano ba naman ang karapatan ko? Basta kami dito sa 'Only You' ay masaya lang kami na na-a-apreciate ng tao itong pinaghihirapan namin," she said.
"Only You" is ranked among the network's "Primetime Bida" shows, where Locsin stars alongside Diether Ocampo and Sam Milby.
Locsin said that what is important to her, as well as the cast and production team, is that they are giving their best to make the show more exciting and worth watching. "Sa lahat ng mga sumusuporta sa Primetime Bida maraming salamat. Sana po ay suportahan niyo," Locsin added.
Locsin, a former GMA-7 talent, transferred to ABS-CBN two years ago as part of a career move. After starring as "Darna" on the TV series of the same name, she proved her popularity with the success of television series "Lobo" with Piolo on ABS-CBN last year.

Mulawin
Mulawin is a speculative fiction drama about two races of winged humanoids. The Mulawin must fight the Ravena to protect the mortals from its wrath. It tells the story of Aguiluz portrayed by Richard Gutierrez and Alwina which was portrayed by Angel Locsin.
It was originally aired in the Philippines by GMA Network daily on its primetime block. The series debuted on August 2, 2004 to lukewarm audience response. The success of the series prompted GMA Network to make a spin-off - Encantadia.
